Online Subscription Terms

These Online Subscription Terms (“Service Order”) apply to Woven Teams, Inc (“Woven”) Application Services purchased through Woven’s online purchasing portal.

Master Subscription. These Subscription Terms are subject to the Woven Master Subscription Agreement, available at https://www.woventeams.com/master-subscription-agreement/, which is incorporated into these Subscription Terms by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in these Subscription Terms will have the same meaning as within the Master Subscription Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Master Subscription Agreement, these Subscription Terms will control. The company identified in the purchasing portal at the time of purchase will be the Woven Customer under these Subscription Terms and the Master Services Agreement.

Subscription Terms. Subscriptions start on the date Customer completes its online purchase (the Start Date) and will automatically renew at the end of the term unless written notice is provided by the Customer.

Billing. At the start of each Term, Woven will charge, and Customer authorizes Woven to charge, the applicable Fees (including any applicable taxes) for the Application Services to the payment method the Customer provides at the time of purchase.  Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid and current payment method in its account.

Switching Plans. Customer may switch subscription plans at any time by contacting Woven and completing a new Service Order.   Woven can be contacted via email at billing@woventeams.com.  If Customer switches to a plan with different Fees, then, at the start of the new Term Woven will issue a prorated charge for a switch to a higher-priced plan.

Fee Changes. Woven may prospectively change the Fees for the applicable Application Services by providing Customer with written notice of the Fee change in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement at least thirty (30) days written notice of the next Start Date. If Customer does not agree to a Fee change, Customer may cancel its subscription to the Application Services.

Cancellation. Customer may cancel its subscription to the Application Services at any time by providing written notice to billing@woventeams.com. Cancellations will be effective, and access to the Application Services will be terminated, at the end of Customer’s then-current Term. Customer will not receive any refund or credit for the time period between the date of processing the cancellation and the cancellation effective date, but Customer will continue to have access to the Application Services during that period.

Guarantees Woven will provide  Customer a one time 60-day money-back guarantee starting from the Start Date of their subscription.  To be eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee Customer must complete Benchmarking within 14 days of their Start Date.
